Yoga is a phys­i­cal, men­tal, and spir­i­tu­al dis­ci­pline that orig­i­nat­ed in ancient India. The goal of yoga, or a per­son prac­tic­ing yoga, is to achieve a feel­ing of beau­ty in the soul, as well as peace.

Word “Yoga“came to us from San­skrit, where it is trans­lat­ed as “Union”, which implies uni­ty with the Absolute Ener­gy. Asanas pro­mote the flex­i­bil­i­ty of the spine and joints, strength­en the mus­cles of the body, glands and inter­nal organs. The body is vig­or­ous and well-tuned, and retains its ide­al The reg­u­lar prac­tice of asanas releas­es up to this point the hid­den ener­gy resources and leads to a new sense of phys­i­cal con­di­tion.

Gen­tle move­ments also have a pro­found spir­i­tu­al effect: they help us over­come fears, devel­op con­fi­dence, and find inner peace.
